Return Policy – SORVEA

This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the German version is legally binding.

Applies to orders placed through our online store.

Overview

1. Return period

We offer a 14-day right of return. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Requirements

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed.
  • All tags, packaging and contents included in the parcel must be returned in full.
  • Original packaging, where reasonable.
  • Proof of purchase required.

3. Return process

Every return must be registered in advance via the RETURN PORTAL.

Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

The costs of the return (shipping, customs, fees etc.) are borne entirely by the buyer.

4. Damage & issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

5. Exceptions

No returns for: custom-made items, personalised items, hygiene products (opened), hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items and gift cards.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled via a return plus a separate new purchase.

7. European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal

For deliveries to the EU, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies. The goods must meet the requirements above.

8. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
